Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Using the service
TinySpeedTest provides a browser-based network measurement interface powered by M-Lab NDT7. By running a test, you also agree to the applicable M-Lab policies linked in the consent notice.
Reasonable use
Do not automate, overload, interfere with, falsify, or misuse the measurement service. M-Lab's current policy limits interactive users to 40 tests per day and may change limits or access requirements.
How to interpret results
NDT7 measures application-level performance over a single TCP connection to a nearby M-Lab node. Results may differ from multi-connection tools and do not guarantee the speed of every website, service, or physical access line.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Networks, browsers, M-Lab nodes, firewalls, and other systems can affect or interrupt a test. To the extent permitted by law, TinySpeedTest is not liable for decisions or losses based on a result.
